Neal Portnoy, internationally recognized as the "Illustrator to the Stars," is a celebrated Las Vegas artist whose distinctive illustrations capture the personalities, energy, and spirit of entertainers, athletes, and iconic figures.
A former illustrator for the Las Vegas Review-Journal and a former Las Vegas Arts Council Commissioner, Neal was also named a Top 3 Finalist in Park West Gallery's inaugural "Made in Vegas" artist competition.
Throughout his distinguished career, Neal has created artwork for corporate and private collectors, celebrities, and professional sports organizations. Among his most notable commissions is the spectacular 28' x 40' "Greatest Raiders of All Time" mural inside Allegiant Stadium, home of the Las Vegas Raiders.
Using his signature felt-tip marker technique, Neal transforms ordinary lines into extraordinary works of art. His collections celebrate sports legends, entertainment icons, famous destinations, endangered species, and the colorful personalities who shape our world.
Neal's passion for giving back is equally important to his artistic journey. His charitable projects include a special Imagine Dragons illustration series benefiting the Tyler Robinson Foundation. His live caricature entertainment has delighted audiences around the world at corporate events for organizations including ESPN, Reebok, and UnitedHealthcare.
After ten memorable years welcoming visitors to Portnoy Gallery in Las Vegas, Neal has transitioned to his private working studio, where he continues creating original artwork, commissioned illustrations, and his signature collections.
